The refund can only be claimed four hours before the time of actual appointment. However, past this period we cannot offer you any kind of refund.

We offer a FULL/COMPLETE refund if our website met any technical issue like no generation of purchase receipt or any kind of error generated through our system e.g. Wrong address or wrong contact details of the School, etc.
One must note:
- In order to apply for the refund, one has to submit the receipt or the proof of purchase
- Refund will be made online to the account number or through the original method of payment used during purchase.
- One can apply for a refund only through our website.
Refund Processing
Once your Refund application is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request.
